Our Manufacturing Sites
Perrigo has a state-of-the-art infant formula manufacturing facility in Georgia, Vermont. This facility is the only International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2008, quality management certified system, in the United States of America.
Perrigo has a second facility in Covington, Ohio which also operates under the same strict high quality standards and has also achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The facilities in Vermont and Ohio adhere to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards. Perrigo is one of only four recognised by the FDA for meeting their requirements for safety, nutrition, and quality for infant formula-manufacturing in the U.S. Perrigo has the capabilities to manufacture and distribute infant formula to suit certain regulations within a country. In Australia, the formula has been formulated to meet the Australian standards, which all manufacturers must follow.
